📩 Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email. This confirms we’ve successfully received your order and that your payment has been pre-authorized (not yet charged).
We begin processing immediately by verifying product availability with our suppliers:
- In-Stock Items: If available and ready to ship within 5 business days, your payment will be captured and your order will move into dispatch.
- Backordered or Unavailable Items: If the item is out of stock or on backorder, the pre-authorization will be voided, and you’ll be notified via email.

- Items are delivered to a room of your choice inside your home

- Does not include unpacking, assembly, or packaging removal

💎 White Glove Delivery – $299
- Includes delivery to your room of choice, unpacking, and removal of packaging materials
- Assembly is not included, but light assembly may be arranged upon request (subject to availability)
- Available on items over $1,000
📅 Delivery Day Requirements
- A recipient 18 years or older must be present to receive and inspect the delivery
- Missed deliveries due to unavailability may result in re-delivery fees
🔁 Address Changes (Order Rerouting)
If you need to change the delivery address after shipment, additional rerouting fees may apply.

A: We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Please note that custom-made or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.
A 25% restocking fee may apply to all returns.

Q: Do your products come with a warranty?
A: Yes, we offer a limited warranty ranging from 1 to 5 years on all lighting fixtures. Coverage includes manufacturing defects but does not extend to damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
