📩 Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email. This confirms we’ve successfully received your order and that your payment has been pre-authorized.

We begin processing immediately by verifying product availability with our suppliers:

  • In-Stock Items: If available and ready to ship within 5 business days, your payment will be captured and your order will move into dispatch.
  • Pre-Order Items:
    For pre-order items, your payment will be captured at the time of purchase. Please note that processing and delivery times are longer, as the item is not yet in stock.

Free Standard Shipping

We are happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders—no minimum purchase required!

  • Shipping Method: The shipping method for your order will vary based on the size of the item and the supplier’s location. We will choose the best shipping method to ensure timely delivery.
  • Delivery Time: Orders will typically arrive within 10-14 business days.
  • Free standard shipping applies to all domestic orders.

Curbside / Freight Delivery

For standard curbside or freight deliveries, large or heavy items are delivered to the curbside or the first dry area outside the delivery address. Shipments are securely packaged on a pallet to ensure safe transport.

Please note that our standard delivery service is curbside only, and all large items will be delivered on their pallet or in their original packaging. Packaging removal is not included. A signature will be required upon delivery to ensure the secure and accurate receipt of your order.


⏱️ Processing & Shipping Times

We offer a selection of both ready-to-ship and made-to-order lighting fixtures. Shipping timelines vary based on product type:

Ready-to-Ship Items:

  • Processed within 1–5 business days
  • Delivered within 10–15 business days

Made-to-Order Items:

  • Require a production lead time of 6–14 weeks or longer 
  • Estimated timeframes are listed on each product page

Standard Shipping:

  • Select items stocked in the U.S.: Ship within 1-5 business days
  • Items stocked in Europe: Ship within 4–8 working weeks
  • Items stocked in Japan: Ship within 1-2 weeks

📦 All timelines are estimates. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking information within 24 hours of dispatch.


Estimated Transit Times

  • UPS/FedEx (Parcel Shipments): 10–14 business days
  • Freight Carrier (LTL Deliveries): 1–2 weeks

The carrier will contact you at least 24 hours in advance to schedule delivery.

Please Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address at checkout to avoid delays in processing your order.


White Glove Delivery Policy

We offer White Glove Delivery for customers who prefer premium handling and in-room placement of their items. This service is currently available exclusively for Eichholtz and Meyda Light brands and includes:

  • Careful handling by trained professionals
  • Inside delivery to the room of your choice
  • Unpacking and removal of all packaging materials
  • Light assembly and installation (excluding electrical work or chandelier hanging), including debris removal

Please note:

  • Eichholtz orders require a minimum purchase of $3,000 to qualify for White Glove Delivery.
  • This service is billed based on your delivery zone and the item value.
  • To receive a personalized quote, please fill out our request form, and we will provide pricing based on your shipping address and the selected item.

📅 Delivery Day Requirements

  • A recipient 18 years or older must be present to receive and inspect the delivery.
  • Missed deliveries due to unavailability may result in re-delivery fees.

🔁 Address Changes (Order Rerouting)

  • If you need to change the delivery address after shipment, additional rerouting fees may apply.


🛡️ Premium Shipping Insurance

At Wiggins Chandelier, your investment in elegance is our highest priority. To provide you with complete peace of mind, we offer optional premium shipping insurance for orders, ensuring your order is protected from the unexpected.

What’s Covered:

  • Loss in transit
  • Theft during delivery
  • Visible or concealed damage upon arrival
  • Missing components or broken crystals/glass caused by shipping impact

How It Works:

  • Simply add Shipping Insurance at checkout for a modest additional fee.
  • If damage or loss occurs, simply file a claim within 2 business days of delivery.
  • Approved claims receive a free replacement/repair/refund/parts depending on availability and case review.

Limitations:

  • Coverage applies to the original shipment only.
  • Replacements/store credit/refunds will be issued in accordance with carrier and insurance guidelines.
  • Custom duties, taxes, or delay-related inconveniences are not covered.

📩 To File a Claim

  • For orders valued between $200 and $9,999, you can easily file a claim directly from the tracking page or via the policy email if any shipping issue occurs. This helps ensure a fast and hassle-free support experience.

  • For orders valued $10,000 or more, please file a claim by visiting our Insurance Claim Center and following the step-by-step instructions provided.


📝 Note:

  • We recommend inspecting your items immediately upon delivery.
  • Claims must be submitted within 2 days of receipt to remain eligible.
  • Items marked as “made-to-order/pre-order” may require longer lead times for replacement.

🔎 How to Track Your Order

Depending on the size and value of your order, your item may ship via standard parcel or freight/white glove delivery. Here’s how to track your shipment:

🚚 For Large Items (Chandeliers, Floor Lamps, Sofas, Beds, Mirrors, Tables, etc.):

  • These items ship via freight or white glove delivery through our specialized carrier network.
  • Your tracking number will be sent via email once your order ships.
  • This shipment cannot be tracked through our regular tracking page.
  • Instead, you’ll receive a direct tracking link where you can:
    • Schedule delivery appointments
    • View delivery status
    • Contact the carrier if needed

📦 Look for an email from us with your freight tracking link. If you need assistance, feel free to contact our support team.

📦 For Smaller Items (Wall Lamps, Table Lamps, Pendants, etc.):

  • These ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS and can be tracked directly on our website.
  • You'll also receive automated updates via email once your order is in transit.
