At Wiggins Chandelier, we are committed to offering the best prices online. If you find the same item at a lower price from another online retailer within 60 days of your purchase, we will gladly refund the difference. Our goal is to ensure that you feel confident you're receiving the absolute best price for the product you're purchasing. If you discover a lower price for the same item on our own website within 60 days of your purchase, we will also refund the price difference.

To request a partial refund, simply email us a link to the product page from our website or a competitor’s website within 60 days of your order. Once verified, we will process the refund accordingly.

Limitations of Our 100% Price Guarantee:

• You must purchase the item from our website before requesting a price match.
• Promotions, rebates, and offers such as "buy one, get one free" are not eligible for the price match.
• The item must be in stock on the competitor's website at the time of the price match request.
• The competitor must be an online retailer; physical retail locations are excluded.
• Discounter or auction websites (e.g., eBay, Overstock, etc.) are not eligible for price matching.
• The competitor must be an authorized retailer for the product in question.
• Our price match guarantee applies to the item price and shipping costs, but excludes sales tax.
  

• Special promotions, limited-time offers, or bundle deals are not eligible for the price match.
