Returns

Wiggins Chandelier offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or store credit.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
  • Items that have been installed or assembled are not eligible for return.
  • Special orders and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process:

  • Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which covers inspection, repackaging, and handling of high-value, fragile items.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging. Returns without original packaging will not be accepted.
  • If an item is damaged during return transit, a damage fee of 25% or more may apply depending on the condition. No refund will be issued for unsalvageable items.

To initiate a return, please visit our Return Center and follow the guided steps or contact us at returns@wigginschandelier.com with the following information:

  • Name
  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return

If your return request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email with further instructions.

Once approved, you will need to send your item(s) back within 5 business days. If you need assistance on returning your item(s), please contact us, and we can provide you with a return label. Please note, any return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. We cannot process returns without the original packaging.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. To get a different item, return your original purchase (if eligible), and place a new order separately. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Cancellations & Refunds

  • In-stock orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a 25% restocking fee, regardless of shipping status.
  • If the order has already shipped, return shipping charges will also apply.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Clearance and made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Damages

Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival. Note any visible damage when signing for the package.

If an item arrives damaged:

  • Email returns@wigginschandelier.com with photos or videos of the damage within 48 hours.
  • We will process an insurance claim or send free replacements, as appropriate.
  • If you choose to return the item instead, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Note: This policy does not cover damage caused by customer handling or misuse.

Wiggins Chandelier is not responsible for labor or installation costs incurred by customers (e.g., electricians or contractors).

Installation Recommendation

We strongly recommend professional installation of all lighting fixtures to ensure safety and proper performance.

Refused Deliveries

Refused deliveries will be treated as a return and are subject to the return policy and restocking fee.

Clearance Items Policy

All clearance items are final sale and subject to the following terms:

  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds
  • Limited availability; items may not be restocked
  • Prices as marked; not eligible for further discounts or promotions

By purchasing clearance items, customers agree to these terms.

A: Each product page notes whether bulbs are included. If not, we provide bulb

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Please note that custom-made or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.

A 25% restocking fee may apply to all returns.

A: For lasting beauty, gently dust with a soft cloth or microfiber duster. For a deeper clean, turn off the fixture, remove crystals (if applicable), and clean them with warm, soapy water or a crystal-safe cleaner. No polishes, abrasives, or chemicals should ever be used.

Q: Do your products come with a warranty?
A: Yes, we offer a limited warranty ranging from 1 to 5 years on all lighting fixtures. Coverage includes manufacturing defects but does not extend to damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty length may vary depending on the specific product and manufacturer.
