That’s why for every item individually priced at $10,000 or more, we include complimentary White Glove Delivery and Full Insurance Coverage—ensuring that from our warehouse to your ceiling, every step reflects the care and craftsmanship your piece deserves.
1. White Glove Delivery
Your chandelier will be delivered by a professional two-person team trained in luxury handling, offering:
- Scheduled delivery window with advance confirmation
- Delivery to the room of your choice
- Unpacking and positioning
- Light assembly or placement (excluding electrical wiring)
- Removal and disposal of packaging materials
Please notify us in advance if delivery involves stairs-only access, narrow doorways, high-rise entry, or crane/lift requirements.
2. Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your chandelier upon arrival before signing the delivery confirmation:
- Note any visible damage to the chandelier or packaging on the delivery receipt
- Ask the delivery team to photograph and document any issues
- Notify our customer support within 24 hours with clear photos and a written description of the issue
Important: Failure to report damage within 24 hours may affect your eligibility for repair or replacement.
3. Insurance Coverage & Damage Resolution
All shipments are fully insured from warehouse to delivery, provided they are handled by our approved logistics team. Coverage includes:
- Transit and handling damage
- On-site damage during placement
To file a claim:
- Report the damage within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide photographs and proof of purchase
- Our team will resolve your case within 5–15 business days (repair or replacement)

- A responsible adult must be present to sign for delivery
- Delivery teams do not perform structural modifications or electrical installations
- The delivery location must be accessible, safe, and prepared
- This policy applies only to individual chandeliers priced at $10,000 or more and cannot be added retroactively
4. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer only after the chandelier is delivered and accepted without noted damage. Until then, Wiggins Chandelier remains liable through our shipping and insurance provider.
5. Exclusions & Limitations
This policy does not cover:
- Damage caused by the customer or third-party contractors after delivery
- Claims made beyond 24 hours after delivery
- Incidental or indirect losses (e.g., installation delays, lost business)

A: We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Please note that custom-made or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.
A 25% restocking fee may apply to all returns.
