Every chandelier is made with high-grade materials, inspected for quality, and packaged securely to arrive in perfect condition.

- Accurate Product Descriptions
We do our best to provide detailed specs, dimensions, and photos so you know exactly what you're getting.

- Hassle-Free Returns
If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Custom made and clearance items are not eligible for return. A 25% restocking fee may apply.

🔧 Warranty Coverage

All our lighting fixtures come with a limited warranty of 1–5 years, depending on the product and manufacturer.

What’s Covered:

- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

- Structural integrity and finish quality under normal indoor use

What’s Not Covered:

- Damage from improper installation, misuse, accidents, or natural wear and tear

- Alterations or repairs made by third parties

🚨 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
