At Wiggins Chandelier, we are proud to be an authorized retailer of Eichholtz, a brand celebrated for its refine design, elevated craftsmanship, and exceptional quality standards. In alignment with Eichholtz's policies, returns are not accepted except in the rare case of verified defects or transit-related damage.

Defective or Damaged Items

Every Eichholtz piece is inspected and securely packaged prior to shipment. However, should an item arrive with a manufacturing defect or damage sustained during delivery, we are here to support you promptly and professionally.

To initiate a claim, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or video clearly showing the defect or damage
  • Photos of the packaging (inner and outer)
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will work directly with Eichholtz to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or another suitable remedy as dictated by the brand’s guidelines.

Non-Returnable Items

In accordance with Eichholtz policy, all sales are final. This includes:

  • Change-of-mind returns
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Fit, size, or style preference
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Because Eichholtz maintains a no-return structure across both stocked and special-order items, we encourage customers to review all measurements, finishes, and specifications before completing a purchase.
