All products are to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. 1 year (12 months) limited warranty from the invoice date (excluding lamps). Lamps, ballasts, and transformers are covered to the extent of applicable warranties from the manufacturers of those products. Manufacturing defects must be returned prepaid to the manufacturer and will be repaired or replaced at its discretion and returned freight prepaid. Wiggins Chandelier will not be held liable for labor, installation, penalty, or other consequential and/or incidental charges. Purchaser's sole recourse after the warranty period, for defective power supplies, ballasts, or other components manufactured by a third party, is against such a third-party manufacturer.
