White Glove Delivery Policy
At Wiggins Chandelier, we offer White Glove Delivery for select collections to ensure an elevated delivery experience for larger, high-value, and delicate furnishings. This premium service provides enhanced care, precision handling, and in-home placement by experienced delivery professionals.
At this time, White Glove Delivery is available exclusively for Eichholtz and Meyda Lighting products.
Eligibility & Minimum Requirements

Eichholtz
White Glove Delivery is available for qualifying Eichholtz orders with a minimum merchandise value of $3,000 (before tax and fees). -
Meyda Lighting
White Glove Delivery is available for select Meyda Lighting items and projects, subject to size, weight, and destination approval.
Eligibility is determined by product type, dimensions, delivery location, and carrier availability. Not all items or destinations may qualify.
What’s Included
White Glove Delivery typically includes:
- Scheduled delivery appointment
- Inside delivery to the room of choice
- Careful unpacking and placement
- Removal of outer packaging materials
Services provided may vary by carrier, product type, and location.
What’s Not Included
Unless expressly stated in writing, White Glove Delivery does not include:
- Installation, assembly, mounting, or electrical work
- Wall mounting, ceiling installation, or fixture hanging
- Disposal of crating or pallets
- Moving or removing existing furniture or fixtures
- Labor provided by electricians, contractors, or installers
- Professional installation is strongly recommended for all lighting fixtures.
Fees & Scheduling
- White Glove Delivery fees are calculated based on product size, weight, delivery location, and service scope
- Fees will be quoted and approved prior to scheduling delivery
- Delivery appointments are scheduled once the item(s) arrive at the local delivery terminal
Missed or rescheduled appointments may result in additional carrier fees.
Inspection & Acceptance
Customers or their authorized representatives must be present to receive and inspect the delivery.
- Please inspect all items at the time of delivery
- Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing
- Claims for concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos
Failure to note damage at delivery may affect claim eligibility.
Access & Site Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the delivery location, including:
- Accurate delivery address and contact information
- Adequate doorway, hallway, elevator, and stair clearance
- Reserved loading zones or parking, if required
Additional charges may apply if delivery access is restricted, unsafe, or requires special accommodations.
Returns & Cancellations
White Glove Delivery fees are non-refundable once the service has been scheduled or performed.
Returns of White Glove–delivered items are subject to our standard Returns, Cancellations & Product Assurance Policy, including restocking fees and salvage determinations.
Limitations & Liability
Wiggins Chandelier is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by carrier scheduling, weather, or site conditions
- Damage resulting from inadequate access or pre-existing site conditions
- Labor, installation, or contractor-related costs
White Glove Delivery is performed by third-party carriers; service scope and standards may vary.
